The team over at Oviedo-Clermont Roofing are phenomenal. I had some hail damage from a massive hail storm that passed through back in May. I gave them a call and they had somebody out the next day to examine my roof. It turns out I had some pretty significant hail damage. My field guy Ty was very informative and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I have a solar panels on my roof so they were able to take those off, replace the roof and reinstall the panels. The roof looks beautiful and the city inspector said this is one of the best roofs he’s seen installed. Big shout out to the ladies in the office Tiffany and Melinda. They kept me up-to-date with texts and emails for all the information I needed. I would recommend this company to anyone I know for roof repairs or replacement. Thank you so much!

I had Clermont roofing put on a new roof because of a hail storm. These guys are freaking amazing - from the supervisor Steve Pegues on down to each team member. Every little concern that I mentioned to them has been addressed and they were installing the shingles like it was their house. A few days before Clermont Roofing was to commence working on my house, they sent a letter to all my neighbors, explaining the work that was going to take place and apologizing in advance for the noise and the trucks that would be parked out front. Class act. I last had Clermont Roofing install a new roof after the hail storm of 2016. Most definitely, Clermont Roofing is my roofer for life! Shown below are before and after photos

I highly recommend OCR Roofing; the entire team is extremely competent and efficient. Our insurance company did not covered our reroof project, so we were paying out of our pocket, we compared with several company and OCR presented a fairly reasonable and high-quality option. I work from home and the team was flexible enough to modify their schedule to accommodate my remote working situation and was able to do the entire roof replacement in only two days without interfering with my working schedule. Allison, our sales representative, is very responsive and detail-oriented. She showed me what to expect and described the distinctions between various shingles, as well as their pros and cons. She also provided the physical shingles so that we picked the right color that matched our house.:) I had a lot of questions because this was my first time getting a roof, but the crews were clear up all the doubts. For example, after the reroof project, I once thought that I had "nail pops" on my ceiling, but it turned out they were simply some dusks. The OCR inspectors addressed my issues with great professionalism and care, going into great depth about what was causing the "issue”. The new roof estimate was not the cheapest, but they were so knowledgeable and seasoned that we decided to go with them. (We didn’t care for the other super young salesmen elsewhere who didn’t seem to know what they were talking about.) Clermont Roofing was super professional, high quality and fabulous communication the whole way! No regrets whatsoever! Highly recommend!

OCR completed a re-roof installation in March 2023 on my house. This was my first time getting a roof and the sales manager Eric V took his time to ensure that I understood the process, what exactly OCR does at each stage from prep, demo, repairs, and then installation. One thing that stood out compared to other companies that I received estimates from was that Eric physically showed me the materials, the differences between them (pros and cons), and explained why they use specific materials in certain situations. This was extremely valuable information and being able to acknowledge that OCR is doing the job properly was plus. Eric was transparent throughout the whole process which I appreciated. The estimate was comparable with other company estimates that I received but it actually included higher quality shingles/underlayerment and added ridge vents, so I was getting a better deal overall. Another benefit was that their availability to perform the work was much faster (3 weeks compared to 6-8 weeks quoted). As far as the actual installation, the crew showed up on time. The foreman Steve was professional and did a good job at communicating to me what was to be expected and when things would be completed. During demo, they covered all sides of the houses and on top of any plants with plastic tarps to catch any debris and lightly covered the AC unit with plywood to ensure no damage would be done to it. First day was demo, decking/flashing repairs, and prep. Second day was shingle installation. Two days, in and out for a re-roof. No problems with inspection and/or permit. I went up to the roof myself afterwards to look at it and I was impressed. Steve did mention that 176ft of decking had to be replaced, which I thought was a lot and wasn't expecting that much, but he said that it was lower than what they do on average. The office sent pictures of the decking damage and the repairs afterwards. Looking through them, it was evident that it had to be replaced and looked to be original to the house, so now I can rest assured that there shouldn't be an issues with the deck in the future. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work that OCR completed and how transparent they were with the entire process. The only problem that I had was the unexpected cost for the decking repairs, which unfortunately you won't know until you start tearing things apart. I didn't think it was going to be that much at the start but I at least know that OCR did was wonderful job at documenting those issues and repairing it. I would highly recommend this company. Now let's see how well it holds up to the next major hurricane.

OCR did a great job on installing my parents' new roof in February 2023. Jonathan the sales rep was informative, respectful and a great communicator. He sealed the deal for us. Tiffany was great with coordination. Eric was great with follow up questions and providing paperwork. The roofing team was professional, worked hard and promptly removed and installed the roof, performed clean up within 2 days as promised. My family researched several companies in the Clermont area, OCR was the best choice.
